Our client provides a leading Identity Verification-as-a-Service (lVaaS) platform, which is used across industries conducting online customer interactions that require a high degree of security.
The service uses artificial intelligence to check security features on ID documents. All their products Combine government-grade protection against identity fraud with best in class conversion rates for customer onboarding.
We are looking for a new colleague who has experience with application operations as well as programming (mostly configuration, communication with clients and technical analysis, and less programming in the beginning)
He will be working in Munich (3-5 months)
He has to take care of all taking questions for all products
Do fast analysis of new requirements from their customers, to know what is possible and not possible to build, what could be the efforts
Understand how the systems connect to each other
Use a ticketing system where all the request come in (small requests - configuration changes, requests for new features, problems with the API requests, issues with the identification process); he will have all the support from the IT team
Java, Play Framework (nice if he would know)
knowledge of mobile development (nice to have)
Strong communication skills: English - a must have
Senior level - who can pick up the system more quickly, hands-on mentality
