Job description

  • Identity is the key for trust and security at the heart of online transactions. This project is using machine learning to build an effective Identity-as-a-Service platform that can verify in real time the identities of people from 65 different countries. 

Job responsibilities

  • Supporting customers to integrate with our solution. We have a diverse set of customers from big companys to small start ups which provide interesting technical challenges every day.
  • Engage with customers in technical discussions regarding our APIs and processes and gather their requirements
  • Learn about a wide range of topics from mobile to frontend to backend development (full stack)
  • Resolve together with our engineering team any probable issues while being in close contact with our customers. 
  • Gather requirements to further improve our platform or for developing new features
  • Work closely with various teams to develop technical solutions

Job requirement

  • Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. http(s), REST, websockets, HTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Interest in a wide range of IT topics and learning new things and technologies
  • Customer-oriented working method
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent language skills in English
  • Experience with issue tracking and product development tools like JIRA or Trac appreciated.
  • Basic knowledge of version control software like Git would be nice
  • Programming skills in Java or a similar language would be beneficial
