The business challenge

One of Romania’s largest banks needed to modernize and integrate a range of applications supporting digital banking, payments and internal operations. We worked across multiple initiatives, from upgrading existing systems and improving integrations to developing new solutions, with a strong focus on performance, security and reliable delivery.

Our solution

We developed and modernized applications across key areas of the bank’s technology ecosystem, including API integrations, core banking applications, internal HR processes, card operations and digital payments. Our work combined new development with the continuous evolution and support of existing applications and integrations.

Key Features Delivered:

API Integrations: We developed APIs connecting banking applications and digital services, enabling smoother communication across the bank’s technology ecosystem.
Core Banking Modernization: We upgraded applications supporting credit administration and other key banking operations to align with the bank’s evolving core banking environment.
Internal Process Digitalization: We built a custom HR management solution to streamline recruitment processes and integrate with external recruitment platforms.
Card Operations: We continuously developed applications supporting card and merchant operations through Agile, sprint-based delivery.
Payment Integrations: We developed payment integration modules for WooCommerce, PrestaShop and OpenCart, alongside ongoing support and maintenance.
