Arnia leased a 1,500-sqm space in Europe House office building in Romania’s capital, thus consolidating its activity in a single building. The company previously occupied office spaces in two building located in the center-east area of Bucharest. Real estate consultancy firm FTZ Echinox brokered the transaction.
Arnia Software was established in 2006 and its portfolio includes clients from the U.S., UK, Korea, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Romania. The company activities focuses on consulting and outsourcing services, as well as web product development for the Romanian market.
Europe House is owned by CA Immo Group and has a total leasable area of 16,500 sqm. After concluding the transaction with Arnia, the projects occupancy rate end up to 97%. Other companies operate in this building, such as Orange Romania, Metropolitan Life, BCR Banca Pentru Locuinte, Bristol Myers-Squibb, CBRE, BSS and Qatar Airways.
CA Immo owns five office projects in Romania, namely Europe House, Opera Center I and II, Bucharest Business Park and Riverplace, with a total leasable area of 105,000 sqm. This year, the company will start the construction of Orhideea Towers Bucharest project, with a total area of 35,000 sqm, located in the center-west area of Romania’s capital.
