On October 7, we hosted another #SharingExperienceBetterKnowledge session at our Bucharest office, bringing colleagues together to exchange ideas, experiences and practical perspectives from their day-to-day work in software development.
This edition focused on a subject that is becoming increasingly relevant across engineering teams: The AI-Native Engineer’s Daily Workflow.
Led by our colleague Alexandru Romanet, the session explored practical approaches to working with AI in development, drawing on the experiences, challenges and situations engineers encounter while working on real projects.
Rather than approaching AI as a separate topic from software engineering, the discussion centred on how it is becoming part of the development workflow itself and how engineers can think about using these capabilities effectively in their everyday work.
The session also created space for colleagues to exchange perspectives and discuss their own experiences, continuing the idea behind our #SharingExperienceBetterKnowledge community: giving people across Arnia opportunities to learn directly from one another and turn individual experience into shared knowledge.
Colleagues outside Bucharest were able to join online, while those attending from our Europe House office continued the conversations after the technical session over quesadillas and treats.
