We are expanding our QA team to strengthen testing for Unreal Engine plugins. Our work requires robust, reliable testing processes to ensure stability and quality at scale.
We are hiring 3 key positions:
1 Senior QA Engineer / Team Lead
2 QA Engineers (Upper Mid-Level)
You’ll join a small, specialized QA unit working closely with Unreal developers. The team is responsible for validating code, executing test strategies, and ensuring that our plugins are release-ready. We operate independently during release cycles, running automated, regression, and smoke tests on complex Unreal Engine builds.
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of C++
Proficiency in Python scripting
Expertise in Unreal Engine (5.5 & 5.6)
Proven experience in QA leadership, mentoring, and team management
Responsibilities
Lead a small QA team and shape testing processes
Develop automated test suites and strategies
Run regression, smoke, and edge-case testing
Set up and manage test scenarios within Unreal Engine
Collaborate with developers to ensure code quality across multiple versions
Key Requirements
Strong QA / Quality Assurance background
Familiarity with Unreal Engine
Understanding of C++
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Responsibilities
Execute regression and automated testing workflows
Process and run large-scale test scripts
Perform smoke testing and identify edge cases
Support nightly builds and continuous integration pipelines
Expand coverage into functional, native, and future screenshot tests
Unreal Engine: 5.5 & 5.6 dual-version support
Build Pipeline: GitHub Actions, nightly automated builds/tests
Infrastructure: AWS build machines, Session Frontend for local testing
Test Suite: C++ & Blueprint functional tests, with expansion into screenshot/visual testing
Our team is building toward:
End-to-end testing frameworks
Performance testing infrastructure
Broader integration test coverage

I joined the Arnia team in 2011 on the XpressEngine project (PHP based CMS, most popular in South-East Asia) and now I’m leading the team that develops our own CMS, Karybu.
