About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Native Mobile Developer who’s excited about building high-quality mobile experiences used around the world. You’ll be joining an international client team working on impactful projects in the education space, helping to shape products that support learners globally.
This is a long-term opportunity: we’re looking to bring someone in who can become a core part of the team, contributing to both React Native development across iOS and Android, as well as native iOS apps built in Swift/SwiftUI.

Develop and evolve cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (iOS & Android).
Contribute to native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) applications within our ecosystem.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver smooth, scalable user experiences.
Work with React Native tools and libraries such as React Navigation, Redux, Redux-Saga, Reselect, and write automated tests with Jest.
Integrate and maintain native modules for iOS when needed.
Debug, profile, and optimize application performance across both platforms.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Xcode Cloud, GitLab CI).
Manage the full app lifecycle, ensuring successful App Store and Google Play submissions.
Implement and maintain push notifications and other platform services.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating closely with a global team.
Proven experience building mobile apps with React Native.
Solid experience with native iOS development (Swift / SwiftUI).
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Redux, etc.).
Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Xcode Cloud, GitLab CI).
Experience deploying and maintaining applications in the App Store and Google Play.
Familiarity with implementing push notifications across platforms.
A collaborative mindset and comfort working in agile, fast-moving teams.
Curiosity, ownership, and a passion for building meaningful products—especially in the EdTech space.

I joined the Arnia team in 2011 on the XpressEngine project (PHP based CMS, most popular in South-East Asia) and now I’m leading the team that develops our own CMS, Karybu.
