We are looking for a student from any technical university or faculty who is interested in recruitment and wants to explore a career beyond pure technical work.
Support the recruitment team with sourcing and screening candidates
Write and post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, university portals)
Assist in reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
Keep candidate data organized in our Applicant Tracking System
A student (2nd year or above) in a technical faculty (engineering, computer science, etc.)
Genuinely interested in recruitment and working with people
Communicative, proactive and eager to learn
Well-organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written)
Familiar with online tools like Excel, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, etc.
Practical experience in recruitment processes and tools
Mentoring and guidance from experienced professionals
A friendly team and a collaborative atmosphere
Exposure to real hiring challenges
Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week working from our Bucharest office

I joined the Arnia team in 2011 on the XpressEngine project (PHP based CMS, most popular in South-East Asia) and now I’m leading the team that develops our own CMS, Karybu.
