Job description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to understand the requirements and objectives of the medical sector tender.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM to design and configure a CRM application based on Service/Experience Cloud and Knowledge Base.
Analyze and assess the existing systems and processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
Develop a comprehensive technical proposal for the medical sector tender, addressing all relevant requirements and specifications.
Create detailed documentation, including diagrams, flowcharts, and user manuals, to support the technical proposal.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices and strategies for implementing Salesforce CRM solutions in the medical sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and integration of the proposed solution.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the proposed solution meets the defined requirements and specifications.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Salesforce CRM technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into the proposed solution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Expert/Consultant, with a focus on CRM applications based on Service/Experience Cloud and Knowledge Base.
Strong understanding of the medical sector, including knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations, and best practices.
Expertise in designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce CRM solutions, particularly in the context of the medical sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Proficiency in writing technical documentation, including proposals, diagrams, and user manuals.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or other healthcare-related Salesforce products is a plus.
