Learn more about IT Outsourcing to RomaniaWe’re looking for a Senior Developer with Salesforce integration experience to join our growing engineering team. This isn’t a traditional Salesforce development role. Instead, you’ll focus on integrating Salesforce with a complementary platform we’re building using .NET and AWS—what we call our “sidecar system.”
You’ll help us connect systems, scale integrations, and guide our internal team through the best practices of building with Salesforce from the outside in—using its APIs and platform features without deeply customizing it.
Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and our .NET/AWS-based sidecar system.
Work on authentication, performance, scalability, and event-driven integration patterns across systems.
Leverage Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming) to access and sync data without over-customizing the platform.
Collaborate with platform architects to ensure data integrity, security, and performance across our ecosystem.
Build resilient pipelines that can handle real-world scale and complexity (retries, fallbacks, monitoring).
Document and teach integration strategies, enabling internal developers to maintain and extend integrations confidently.
Establish patterns, reusable components, and shared knowledge to reduce tech debt and accelerate development.
Hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce (not necessarily as a Salesforce developer).
Strong backend development experience, ideally with .NET (C#).
Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and event-driven architecture (preferably in AWS: SNS, SQS, Lambda, EventBridge, etc.).
Familiarity with Salesforce authentication flows (OAuth 2.0) and API limits.
Understanding of performance and scaling considerations when working with 3rd-party platforms like Salesforce.
Proven ability to write clear documentation and mentor developers on integration approaches.
Experience with tools like Salesforce Workbench, Postman, or Salesforce CLI.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools in a microservices environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce data models (e.g., Accounts, Opportunities) and access patterns.
We’re executing an ambitious technical vision that brings together best-in-class platforms in a flexible, loosely coupled architecture.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, where your ideas and patterns will shape how we build and scale.
We value people who are both builders and teachers—those who care about long-term maintainability as much as technical excellence.
Ready to build something great with us? We’d love to hear from you.
